The dau. of Robert Giffin and Mary Jane Arthur. Robert and his family were originally buried in Old Tent Cemetery, near Wheeling. In 1855, the were removed from Old Tent, To West Alexander.

July 2017 - Thanks to Joe, he noticed Phobe's initials on her father's tombstone. They must have been in the shade when Skip and I were there, lol.
