Wilma Bowers, 85, of the Baxter Health Care Center, died there Aug. 12, 2005.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Baxter Congregational United Church of Christ. A private family burial will follow at the Peoria Cemetery in rural Maxwell. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Boyd Davis Funeral Home in Baxter.
She is survived by three daughters, Sharon (Bill) Thompson of Des Moines, Karol (Bill) Waterhouse of Collins, and Connie (Dan) Hawbaker of Edmond, Okla.; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Note: Wilma was a adopted child of John I. Kimberley and Opal Irene Kendig. She and husband Erville Bowers were divorced.
