Don Curtis, 86, of Sebastian, FL, died Saturday (February 22, 2003) at Vero Beach, FL. Born in Springfield, MA, a resident of Sebastian, FL, for the past ten years, coming from Bloomfield. Mr. Curtis was an entrepreneur owning various businesses, and more recently was a personnel consultant in Hartford. He was a longtime musician in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vero Beach, known as the Don Curtis Band. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Curtis of Sebastian, FL; stepdaughter, Susan Faber of Liberty Township, OH; sister, Ethel Posner of Longmeadow, MA; grandson, Bryan Faber; and five nieces, Ann Barowsky, Harriet Samol, Dori Posner and Bonnie Mikesh, all of Longmeadow, MA and Judy Glenney of Milan, NH. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m., TODAY, Feb. 24, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
