Johann Friedrich "Wilhelm" Fabianke was born on August 28, 1834 in Schimankowo, Kreis Obornik, Posen, Germany. He was the son of Gottfried Fabianke and Anna Dorothea Peschel.
Wilhelm married Emilie Schmidt in Germany. Their children were Herman, Anna, Ottilie, Otto, Bertha, Martha, and Clara.
On October 22, 1889, the Fabiankes arrived in New York aboard the SS Fulda. The family settled near Phillipsburg, Texas, where Wilhelm was a farmer.
After his wife's death, Wilhelm moved to Falls County with his daughter, Martha. He died on January 8, 1916.
