Ruth Edith Amy Law was the daughter of Richard Law and Mary Carter.

She married Meade Kenneth Shick on 2 Jan 1917 in St. Mary's, Elk Co., PA. They were the parents of one son, Meade Kenneth Shick, Jr.

She was an avid genealogist and we are indebted to her careful and thorough research on the Law family.

Ruth died at the Brookville Hospital in Brookville, PA and was buried 13 Dec 1976.
