Miss Ida Belle Roberts, daughter of Esquire J. H. and Sophronia Roberts was born February 24, 1878 and died of fever and pneumonia at her home in Danville, Ala., aged 23 years, 5 months and 9 days. Her body was laid to rest the following day at Johnson Chapel to await the resurrection of the just.

Miss Belle Roberts died at her home in town and was buried at the Johnson Chapel burying ground, two miles north of Danville Wednesday the 14th.
