Mrs. Alice Daves Dies at Home Near Bankston June 25
Mrs. Alice Daves, aged 62, died at her home in the Bankston community on June 25. Funeral services were conducted by her pastor, Rev. J. H. D. Watson of the New Haven Baptist church, on June 26, and interment followed in the New Haven cemetery.
The deceased is survived by her husband, Mr. Marion S. Daves, and three sisters, Mrs. Beckie Neal, of Greenwood, Miss Margaret Crenshaw of Stewart, and Mrs. Della Neal, also of Stewart; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Richardson, and Miss Maggie Day of Stewart.
