Mrs. William Dorn, 61, died unexpectedly at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alex Rollman, 1021 Fremont St., Kiel, early Friday evening. She was born March 22, 1895 in Wood County (near Bakersville, Wis.) the daughter of Henry and Christina Schnell. On May 18, 1914, she married William Dorn at the Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel. For three years they farmed in the Town of Rhine and for 38 years in the Town of Schleswig. The past six months she made her home with her son, Joe Dorn, New Holstein Rt. 2. William Dorn died Nov. 10, 1954. She is survived by three sons, Joe of New Holstein Rt. 2, Francis of Kiel Rt. 2, and Peter of Brillion; three daughters,, Mrs. Alex (Alice) Rollman and Miss Janet Dorn, both of Kiel, and Mrs. Robert (Katherine) Dedering of New Holstein; one brother, Joe Schnell of Kiel Rt. 2; a sister, Miss Katherine Schnell of Manitowoc; and 20 grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, one sister preceded her in death. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society of the Ss. Peter an Paul Catholic Church, Kiel. This group will recite the rosary on Monday at 8 p.m. at the church. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at the church. The Rev. F.X. Kheil will officiate. Burial will be in the Kiel Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from Monday noon until the time of services.
