World War I Veteran

William H. Mowery
William H. Mowery, 49, 131 N. Richland St., a machinist helper for the B. & O. Railroad the last five years, died Thursday at Veterans Hospital.
He was born at Mountpelier, but had lived here 12 years. He was a member of the West Side Pentecostal Church.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Shirley Brothers West Side Chapel. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Beatrice Mowery; two sons, Marshall and Arthur Mowery; three daughters, Hazel, Mary and Caroline Mowery; two stepsons, Francis and William Connelly; two stepdaughters, Beulah Ann and Rosemary Connelly; one sister, Mrs. Nellie Yates, Nickerson, Kan., and two brothers, Clarence Mowery, of Illinois, and Delmar Mowery, Nickerson, Kan.
