SHELBY Mr. Lennie Gilbert Albea, 61, died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, at home.
A native of Iredell County, he was a member of Mulls Memorial Baptist Church.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter and four-wheeler. He was a past member of the Bass Casters Fishing Club. He raced four-wheelers for Mid East. He was also a loader operator at Martin Marietta Rock Quarry.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lewis Albea and a brother, Lewis Albea Jr.
Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.
