Logan Republican 27 November 1916 ~ FUNERAL FOR MRS. LEWIS AT LEWISTON

Mrs Eda Lewis, wife of the late President Wm. Lewis, died Thursday afternoon after suffering for three months with cancer of the stomach. Three children, Mr. George Leiws, Ukon (sic), Idaho, Mr. Joseph Lewis and Mrs. Maude Spackman of Lewiston, survive her.

Funeral services were held over her remains Sunday at 1 o'clock. The speakers were Mr. Marion Lewis of Logan, Dr. H. K. Merrill of Logan, Brigham H. Hendricks and Bishop A. L. Heyer of Lewiston. Special music was rendered by Mrs. Myrtle Pond and selections by the choir.
