Mrs. Flury was a native and resident of Hancock County. She was the daughter of the late Henry David and Lucy Reynolds Batchelor and was a member of the Knowles chapel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters Arlene Flury Leonard of Augusta and Ester Flury Johnson of Jefferson, two brothers Carlton Batchelor and Louie Batchelor and a sister Eileen B. Stephens all of Milledgeville, three grandchildren, Leslie Johnson Holden of Jefferson, Melissa Leonard and Dena Leonard Brown both of Augusta, two great grandchildren, Caitlin Carpenter and Carly Holden.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moores Funeral Home.
