STRAFFORD Funeral services for Donald Compton, 33, of Louisville, Ky.. will be Friday morning in Granite, City, Ill, under direction of the Tieter Funeral home there.
Mr. Compton died at 5:30 a.m. Monday in Louisville of cancer after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, George and Donnie of the home; his patents, Mr. and Mrs. George Compton, Strafford, Mo.; three brothers, Jim, Dan and David Strafford, Mo.; seven sisters, Mrs. Dolly Hager, Olathe, Kansas, Mrs. Margaret Harris, Strafford, Mo., Mrs. Marilyn VanBurne, Strafford, Mo., Mrs. Ruby Cash, Oklahoma, Mrs. Wilma Chaney, Lima, Ohio, Judith and Debra Compton, Strafford, Mo.; maternal grandfather, Royal Ryan, Longview, Wash.
