MRS. MARTIN V. NEESE
DIED- Mrs. M. V. Neese died at her home north of this place, Aug. 19th, at the age of 55 years 3 months and 11 days. Lois Eads was born May 9th, 1842, in Owen county, Indiana; came to Iowa with her parents in 1854, where she was united un marriage with Martin V. Neese. Seven children, five boys and two girls were born to them. The Funeral service was held at the home Saturday afternoon, after which the remains were followed by a large procession of relatives and friends, and laid to rest in the White Elephant Cemetery.
