Paul Philip "Pe te" Barrick, 95, passed away on December 6, 2007 in Naples. He is survived by his wife, Rosalie; his daughter, Barbara McKie of Lyme, CT; son, Peter Barrick of Louisville, KY; his five grandsons; his two great-grandchildren; and his sister, Libby Meginnis. Pete Barrick was born July 13, 1912 in Danville, IL. He earned a BS degree from Eastern Illinois University, and an MS from Northwestern University. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the first class at the Pensacola Naval Aviation School, and was air officer on two aircraft carriers. Retiring with the rank of captain, he moved to Arizona and was associated with the school systems there, and organized the first Little League in Phoenix. Later, he moved to Indianapolis and was assistant director of the technical school at Allison Division of General Motors. After his first wife Marion died in Indianapolis, he married Rosalie and moved to Naples in 1987. They are members of the Lakewood Country Club.
