Mrs. J. E. Coffman Dies
Huntingdon, March 31 – Mrs. Josephine Elmira (Parks) Coffman, wife of Ray Coffman of 1808 Penn street, died yesterday morning at the J. C. Blair Memorial hospital. She was born at Six Mile Run, on Sept. 3, 1907, a daughter of John L. and Mary Ellen (Garris) Parks. On Aug. 19, 1925, at Cumberland, Md., she was united in marriage with Ray Coffman by the Rev. C. J. Price. Members of the family include her husband, two sons, Ray John, James and Judy Ann. Also surviving are her mother, two sisters, Mrs. George Parks of Huntingdon and Mrs. Paul Biddle of Warriors Mark, and three brothers, James Parks of Altoona and Raymond and Elmer Parks of Huntingdon. Mrs. Coffman was a member of the Stone Church of the Brethren and of the Delta Alpha class of the Sunday School.
