Clara Clarissa McDonald-Banta-Garcia first married Isaac Jacob Banta (aka Jacob Rynierson Banta) on 21 Mar 1858 and 2nd married Euscbio Joe Garcia on 05 Oct 1871. Jacob was born 27 Apr 1835 in Warrick County, Indiana and died in Oct 1866 in Texas (he is thought to also be buried in Spring Creek Cemetery). They had at least 3 daughters:

1) Elizabeth Banta-Taylor (1861-1888)

2) Permelia Jane Banta-Taylor born 05 Jan 1863 in Gillespie County, Texas and died 29 Jul 1966 in Kimble, Gillespie County, Texas. She married John Wesley Taylor. Permelia and John helped raise Permelia's sister's children (Susan Angelina Banta-Silvers) after the parents died (#3 family below)

3) Susan Angelina Banta-Silvers born 05 Oct 1865 and died 11 Oct 1890 and buried in Spring Creek. She married John Williams Silvers (abt 1850-1895) on 08 Feb 1883 in Gillespie County, Texas. John Williams Silvers is reportedly also buried in Spring Creek Cemetery.
