"TWO CARS COME TOGETHER
Saturday evening an auto driven by Loren Brown of Centralia collided with one driven by Wallace Kelso of Chehalis on the Pacific highway between Chehalis and Centralia. A young may named Reginald Clark, age 17, was said to have been walking along the highway in the darkness, with a companion. The collision was claimed by Brown to have been due to his effort to avoid hitting Clark. The latter was struck notwithstanding this fact and suffer a broken rib and internal injuries."
