Harvey A. Braught, 85, of RD8 Middlesex Township, died yesterday at his home.
Braught was born Dec. 16, 1888 in Cumberland County the son of the late Samuel and Catherine Horn Braught and the widower of Blanch Todd Braught and Edna Kauffman Braught.
He was a retired employee of Stehli Silk Corp. of Lancaster and was a member of the St. Matthew's United Church of Christ.
Surviving are two sons, Charles F. Braught, Grandview, Missouri and John D. Braught, Wexford, Pa.; a brother, John T. Braught, RD8; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday from the Hoffman Funeral Home 219 Hanover St. with his pastor, the Rev. John F. Gundlach officiating. Burial will be in the Ceder Lawn Cemetery, Lancaster. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow evening from 7 to 9 p.m.
