Survivors include a stepson, Kenneth Hillen of Monett; a brother, Hugh Barton, Jr. of Edwardsville, Ill.; a sister Mary L. Best of Kansas City; five stepgrandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl J. Hillen, who died in 1969.
Services were Wednesday (Oct 2, 1991) at Independence Avenue Baptist Church in Kansas City. Burial was at Norfork Cemetery in Norfork.
