Mrs. Matilda Kohring Lipke, 60, of [116?] Herbst Ave. died yesterday afternoon in St. Joseph's Hospital after a long illness. She was born in North Syracuse and was a resident of Syracuse 15 years.
Surviving are her husband Frank M. Lipke, two sons Robert F. and Donald J. Lipke; four daughters Mrs. Walter C. Brower of North Syracuse, Mrs. Fred A. Bourlier of Peru, Miss Agnes A. Lipke and Miss Jean T. Lipke of Syracuse; two brothers, Frank and Alexander Kohring; a sister, Miss Rose Kohring; eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Keegan & Osbelt Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in St. Vincent De Paul Church where a solemn high Mass of requiem will be celebrated. Interment will be in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
