Phillis, of 337 Stewart street, who died Sunday in Bethesda Hospital following an illness of four weeks, will be held at 10:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Dean Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Born in Preston County, W.Va., Mrs. Phillis had resided in Zanesville only two months, coming here from Morgantown, W.Va. Surviving are her husband and a daughter, Dolores, at home; six sisters, Mrs. C. J. Walsh, and Mrs. Delmer Adams, both of Osage street; Mrs. Ethel Whitehair, of Stewart street; Mrs. Floyd Devall, of Morgantown; Mrs. Viola Riggs, Mercer, Pa., and Mrs. B. F. Williams, of Tunnelton; four brothers, Virgil E. Plumb, of Silliman street; Ona Plumb of New York; William Plumb of Sylvanis., Oh.; Frank Plumb of Kingwood, W.Va.; and her father David Plumb, of Osage street.
