Isaac married Mary French. He marched to the relief of Ticonderoga, 1777, in Capt. Ebenezer Smith's company, raised at Meredith. Isaac died in Meredith Center, N.H. D.A.R. Lineage Book, Mrs. Bastrow Moor's Application, entry 25261, p93.

A military stone was requested in 1925 to be shipped to Mary E. Neal Hannaford for use at 1st Burying Ground in Meredith now Laconia New Hampshire on his record as a Rev War Soldier, service 6 mos, Jan 9, 1781, Col Lieut Ebenezer Smith's Company at Ticonderogo in 1777. The stone was recieved in 1927.

Following, is one on the many petitions signed by Isaac Farrar. On this one Isaac was one of 12 applicants. Many of the other signers are in this cemetery.

[7-55] [ Vote of Town relative to the Baptist Society, 1797.] Strafford ss Meredith August 28th 1797.

At a Legal Town Meeting this day holden at the North Meeting House in said town the fourth article in the Warrant for said Meeting to Consider of the Petition of the Baptist Society of this town at the General Court of this State Praying for an incorporation
Voted that they would not oppose the Petition of the Baptist Society at the General Court praying for an incorporation—
