Besides his wife, Mrs. Frankie Parker Garner, he is survived by the following sisters: Mrs. C.E. Lindsey, Faxon; Mrs. C.C. Utley, Detroit; Mrs. R.H. Biggs, TN Ridge; Mrs. Floyd Hobbs, Concord, and Mrs. J.V. Stockdale, Detroit, and by one brother, J.M. Garner of Akron, OH. Half-sisters surviving are Mrs. Paul McCampbell, Big Sandy; Mrs. Clifton Turner, Evansville, IN; Bonnie Garner, Big Sandy; Mrs. Garland Green, Hopkinsville, Ky. Half-brothers surviving are Taylor Garner of Detroit; Truman Garner of Willard, OH; Charles Garner of Detroit and Billy Garner of Big Sandy; and one step-brother, Aaron Winters of Big Sandy."
