Mrs. Sophia Hanno, 62, Route 3, died early Friday at a local hospital following a week's illness. She was born at Adair, Ia., November 13, 1881, and married to Henry J. Hanno, April 2, 1903. Survivors are the widower; one son, Glen, Sioux Falls; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Spindler, Sioux Falls; Mrs. Luella Allen, Renner, S.D.; four brothers, Fred Seel, John Seel, Albert Seel; all of Remsen, Ia., and Adam Seel, Marcus, Ia; four sisters, Mrs. Laura Letsche, Humboldt, S.D.,; Mary Keppler, and Mrs. Ella Maas, both of Remsen, Ia; and Mrs. Elizabeth Wilka, Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Banton Funeral home. Rev. G. A. Troemel, pastor of the Zion Lutheran church officiating. Mrs. Troemel will be organist, and Mrs. Fred Nagle, vocalist. Burial will be at Woodlawn cemetery.
