M. Eleanor "Norey" Culp of Chestertown, MD, and formerly of Gettysburg, died February 17, 2009.

She was the daughter of William Martin Shealer and Grace Dillman Shealer.

Mrs. Culp graduated from Gettysburg High School, class of 1931. She was employed by the Gettysburg Area School District as the cafeteria manager at the Eisenhower Elementary School, retiring in 1972. Mrs. Culp was active in crafts and she and her husband operated an antique business for many years from their home in Gettysburg.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold W. Culp, and daughter, Marilyn Culp Bollinger. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Earl Shealer, Grayson "Buzz" Shealer, Billy Shealer, Richard Shealer; and her sisters, Mildred Barnes and Patricia McCarthy.

She is survived by a daughter, Fayne Culp McCleaf and husband James of Newport News, VA; a son, James H. Culp and wife Linda of Chestertown, MD; grandchildren, Norey K. Laug, Slidell, LA, Harvey W. Bollinger Jr., Gaithersburg, MD, Gwyn C. Truchon, Virginia Beach, VA, Erin F. Bolling, Yorktown, VA, Melanie E. Culp, Chestertown, MD, and Stefanie M. Culp, Colorado Springs, CO; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Coretta Redding of Gettysburg, and son-in-law, Harvey W. Bollinger Sr., Slidell, LA.
