Mrs. Moore was born in Forsyth County, April 24, 1915, a daughter of Marion and Joicy Reid Weavil. She was a homemaker and was employed by Curry's Greenhouse for over 20 years, where she was known as "Mrs. Fussy". She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Claude D. Moore, a daughter, Sue Moore, brothers, Roy, Joe, Oscar and Curtis Weavil, sisters, Evva Leonard and Lelia McGhee, and two grandchildren, Amber Munday Padgett and Scott Ridge. Mrs. Moore was a member of Union Cross Moravian Church and she enjoyed traveling on bus tours. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
