Mrs. Onufry Dulak, 79, Town of Sharon, died at 3:20 p.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Hospital, where she had been a patient for 10 days. She had been in ill health the past 10 years.
Born May 24, 1886 in the Town of Fancher, the former Helen Gostomski was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Gostomski. She attended St. Mary's parochial school there, living at home until her marriage on May 12, 1908 to Onufrey Dulak at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church at Fancher.
The couple farmed in the Town of Alban until moving to the Town of Dewey where they resided until Mr. Dulak's death in 1963. Since that time Mrs. Dulak had made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Val Karnowski, in the Town of Sharon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sons and two daughters. Mrs. Dulak is survived by four daughters, Sister M. Casilla, St. Joseph's Convent, Stevens Point, Mrs. Nick (Agnes) Woyak, Town of Sharon, Mrs Gregory (Regina) Piezek, Town of Stockton, and Mrs. Van (Helen) Karnowski, town of Sharon; three sons, Frank Dulak, Ringle, Chester Dulak, Mosinee and Anton Dulak, Milwaukee.
Also surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Elizabeth) Kropidlowski, Lanark, Mrs. Zigmund (Laura) Peplinski, Galloway, Mrs. Jennie Gliniecki, Marshfield, Mrs. Leo (Mary) Schwabe and Mrs. Harold (Susie) Ludke Milwaukee; three brothers, Nick Gostomski, Wittenberg, Joseph Gostomski, Milwaukee, and Frank Gostomski, Thorp; 45 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dulak are scheduled for 12 noon Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Torun. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Dzikoski Funeral Home today, where a general rosary will be recited at 8 tonight, followed by a rosary at 8:30 p.m. by members of the St. Mary's Rosary Society.
