Oline Andreasdatter was born 2 April 1866 at Spærholen stor, Lysåkergård, Eidsberg parish, Østfold, Norway to parents Andreas Johannessen and Karoline Kristiandatter. Oline was the 5th of nine children born in this family. Oline left Kristiania (Oslo) Norway 14 July 1882 aboard the ship "Rollo". Her ticket was prepaid by someone in America and the destination was Fort Dodge, Iowa. Oline was married at Fort Dodge, Webster county, 20 March 1883 to Lars Victor Bloomquist.
