Anna Belle Bledsoe Frazier

Kingsport - Anna Belle Bledsoe Frazier, 55, went to be with the Lord at 5:10 a.m. Wednesday (Dec. 8, 1999) following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Kingsport and had resided here most of her life. She was a daughter of the late William Jones and Dolly Porter Jones Bear. She had been employed in food services for many years. Mrs. Frazier was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Anna Marie Bledsoe; one son, David Malone; her first husband, Hubert Bledsoe ; and one brother, Delmer Jones.

Surviving are her husband, Charles `'Charlie'' Frazier, of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Wayne Childers, Kingsport, Teresa Bledsoe, Elizabethton, Sherry and Phillip Perkins, Kingsport; two sons and daughters-in-law, Guy and Tammy Bledsoe, Tarpon Springs, Fla., Ricky and Lisa Bledsoe, Waco, Texas; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margie Smith and husband, Guy, Christine Conner, all of Kingsport; one brother, Billy Jones and wife, Mary, Kinsgport; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport. Friends may also call anytime at the residence of a daughter, Elizabeth Childers, 241 Mt. Vernon Drive, Kingsport. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. J.W. Depew officiating.

Burial will follow at Gunnings Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
