Jerry Taylor Howell, 62, of Memphis, Tennessee, formerly of Senatobia, died Friday, June 21, 2002, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis of heart failure.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 24, at 2 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Pope. Wells Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Howell, daughter of the late Curtis and Inez Newman Taylor, was born September 3, 1939, in Pope. She was a school teacher for 28 years and a member of the First Baptist Church in Senatobia.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan S. Howell of Memphis; a son, Jamie W. Howell, Jr. of Memphis; a sister, Marilyn Taylor Hudson of Pawley's Island, South Carolina; and two grandchildren.
