She was a member of the Seventh Street United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Berry's Run Homemakers Club.
She is survived by her son Fred Deem of Parkersburg; four daughters Ruth Pearson, with whom she resided, Lena Roush of Belpre, Beulah Hoyler of Vienna, and Frances Summers of Little Hocking; 23 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband John William Deem in 1955, two sons and a brother. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Seventh Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. Frank Plybon Jr., officiating. Internment will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
