Wilmer Kennedy, 84, of 6026 Chestnut Hill Road, died at 8 a.m. Saturday (March 26, 1988) at his residence.He was born Aug. 20, 1903 in Liberty Twp., son of the late Andrew and Arnetta Woodburn Kennedy. He was a retired farmer.He was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, one brother, one sister, one granddaughter and one great-grandson. On Nov. 30, 1931, he married Anna Johnson Kennedy who survives; along with three sons, Robert Kennedy and Tom Kennedy both of Cambridge and Donald Kennedy of Massillon; three daughters, Doris Fisher and Martha Casey both of Cambridge, and Mary Kennedy of the home; 14 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Thorn Funeral Home where services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Dwight Lyons officiating. Burial will be in Mount Herman Cemetery, Knox Townshp.
