MRS. MAY BELL ELMORE

Mrs. Maybell Elmore, 75 years of age, passed away early Wednesday morning, July 17th at her home in Cooper

Funeral services were held at 2.00 P.M., Thursday, July 18th at the United
Pentecostal Church with Rev. J. D Watson and Rev. Joe Ben Terry officiating and interment was in the East Delta Cemetery under the direction of the Delta Funeral Home.

Mrs. Elmore was born in Delta County. June 8. 1910. She was the daughter of Allen and Willie (Archer) Council. On January 5, 1933, she married Earl Elmore.

Survivors include her husband, Earl Elmore. Cooper; 2 brothers Allen H. Council, Savanah Oklahoma; Billy D. Council, Manhattan, Kansas; 3 sisters Mrs. Della Fay Rippey. Grand Prairie; Mrs. Peggy Ruth Dockrey, Fort Worth, and Mrs. Eddie Jean Fair, Geronimo, Oklahoma.

Serving as pallbearers were David Elmore, Farrell Elmore, Joe Elmore, Ray Elmore, Randell Fair and Steve Fair.
