Bernard Pierce McClung was the 11th child born to James Washington and Narcissa Kuykendall McClung. He was born in Wise County Texas. I find him living in Washita Co. Elk township in Oklahoma with his parents at the age of 4. By the age of 15 years old he is living with his parents and older brother Andrew in Beckham County. Bernard married Claudia Ray Harper. They had six children. Bernard married his 2nd wife Lessie Gamble Carr in 1935. Lessie was known to the McClung family as Jackie. I find them living in Beckham county in the 1940 census. In his younger years he was a farmer, also in the field of Investigation. Bernard also served in field of Border Police. Bernard served in our Country.
