Mr. John Ignatius Barrett, aged forty-two years, a member of the Baltimore bar, died yesterday at the home of his cousin, Mr. Peter McNulty, 1040 Haubert street, Locust Point. He was a graduate of City College and studied law under Mr. Bernard Carter. Mr. Barrett had been solicitor for several building associations in East Baltimore and served as clerk in the post office when Governor Brown was postmaster. A widow and son survive him. BS 6/8/1895
