Shelby Robinson
Mars Hill - Shelby William Robinson, 84, of 1190 Old Mountain Road, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2003, at Mission St. Joseph's Health System after a short illness.
Mr. Robinson was the son of the late Gus and Minnie English Robinson. He was a lifelong resident of Madison County, a member of Bethel Baptist Church and an electrician and farmer.
He is survived by his sister, Judy Seay of Hendersonville; brother, Ralph Robert Robinson of Mars Hill; one nephew and two nieces.
The funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. The Revs. Vince Whitt and Ted Richardson will officiate. Burial will follow in English-Robinson Family Cemetery.
