Letha Lewis, 93, of Fort Smith died Wednesday, July 23, 2008. She was born Nov. 13, 1914 in Franklin County, AR. She was a retired LPN from Crawford County Hospital, a member of Goddard United Methodist Church, and the widow of Paul Lewis.
Funeral services were held at 3pm Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Forest Park Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Colleen, two grandghildren & one great-grandchild
