Born on October 11, 1929 in Jacksonville, Mr. Austin passed away on Monday, March 16, 1998. He was an electrician for White Electrical Company and a member of IBEW No. 177. Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Austin; son, Bill Devlin; brother, Joe L. Austin; and 4 grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the home of Joe L.
