Abstract--age 47, of Wilson Ave., was pronounced death on arrival at Vincent Palotti Hospital yesterday evening. He died of an apparent heart attack. He was born March 7, 1911 in newburg, the son of Mrs. Ivey Keener Mitter, and the late Dacey Mitter. He was a coal miner. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Annie; three sons, Andrew of the U.S. Army, and William and David at home; five brothers, Woodrow, Jake and Robert of Newburg, Jack and Dorsey of Tunnelton, and Chancey of Thornton; one sister, Mrs. Avis Bolyard of Fellowsville. Funeral arrangements are incompleted at this time.
