Mass of Christian Burial for Wilfred John Luttmer, Sr. age 90 of Muenster is set for 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Ken Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Rosary and Vigil will be held at 7:30 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the funeral home. All services are under the care of Scott Funeral Home in Muenster. Mr. Luttmer died Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
Wilfred was born March 25, 1927 in Muenster to Herman and Katherine (Albers) Luttmer. He married Mary Ann Kubicek in 1958. They were the proud parents of Wilfred Luttmer, Jr. He worked as an oilfield pumper for many years.
Wilfred is survived by his son, Wilfred Luttmer, Jr. of Denton, granddaughter, Kristi Nicole Luttmer of Ohio and sister, Bernice Beyer of Gainesville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Katherine (Albers) Luttmer, wife, Mary Ann Luttmer, brothers: Henry, Joe, Ferd, Alfred, and Walter.
Pallbearers were J.D. Luttmer, Gene Luttmer, Roger Luttmer, Bobby Luttmer, A.J. Beyer, and Landon Lawrence.
