John Ralph Morris, 65, of Leadwood died Feb. 19 1995 at Barnes Hospital in St Louis. He was born June 20, 1929 in Leadwood to the late Lem and Omah Wells Morris. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Alvin and Stanley in infancy; two sisters: Lorraine and Alberta Mae Huber in infancy.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Kinsey Morris of Leadwood; two sons: John Morris, Jr. of Park Hills and Dennis Morris of Potosi; Two daughters: Diane Holifield of Park Hills and Deborah Thurston of Potosi; Virgil E. Morris of Wentzville and Lem Morris Jr. of Gamaliel, AR; three sisters: Elva Clark of Park Hills, Alice Pierce of Farmington, Maria Gibson of Leadwood; four grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 5 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer and son funeral home in Leadwood. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer and son Chapel with Rev. Vernon Long officiating. Burial will be in the Leadwood Cemetery.
