WOODSTOCK - Irene S. Moyer, 79, died Feb. 3, 2002, at Mount Ascutney Hospital in Windsor.

She was born Sept. 4, 1922, in Cavendish, the daughter of Russell and Nancy (Johnson) Stocker.

She was a caregiver in the Woodstock area and worked at the Dewey's Woolen Mill. She also worked at Tip Top Bakery in White River Junction for many years.

Survivors include a son, Charles Dubeau of Woodstock; a granddaughter; four brothers, Russell Stocker of Ludlow, Robert Stocker of Florence, Alfred Stocker of Gassetts and Francis Stocker of Ludlow; two sisters, Betty Patt of Southington, Conn., and Norma Martin of Ascutney.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lewis Moyer in 2001; a brother, Frederick Stocker; and two sisters, Arlene Stocker and Salley Walker.

A graveside service will be held in Prosper Cemetery at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Cabot Funeral Home in Woodstock.
