Mrs. Lenah Truitt Rites Held Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Lenah L. Truitt were conducted at 10 p.m Wednesday in the Humphrey and Son funeral home chapel at Noel. The Rev. Buell Buzzard officiated, and burial was in the Anderson cemetery.
Mrs. Truitt, 86, of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas, died Monday morning in a Bentonville, Ark. nursing home, where she had been patient for one year.
She was the widow of the late J. A. "Dad" Truitt, widely known Ozark cave promoter and longtime resident of Lanagan and Sulphur Springs.
Her only survivors are a nephew, D. Dorman of Webb City, and a neice, Mrs. Edgar Huggins of Grove.
