Sherman Warren of Wenksville, Menallen township, died Monday evening Aug 3, in the Chambersburg Hospital where he had been taken Sunday evening for an operation for hernia.
It was found however that he was in too serious condition for this and the operation was not performed.
He is surrived by two daughters. Misses Ada and Pearle Warren, both living at home. His wife met a tragic death by fire about one year ago.
