Frances Anna (Kingsley) Congdon was the daughter of Daniel and Anna Maria (Brown) Kingsley. She was the wife of Rev. Dr. LaFayette Congdon. They were married Pittsford, New York September 2O, 1870. Frances had been a teacher before their marriage. Rev. Dr. Congdon was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: East Genesee Conference/Genesee Conference and Central New York Conference. He died February 22. 1927.
