Oregon Death Certificate # 28: Death was in Prairie City, Grant County, Oregon, USA; train conductor with Oregon Lumber Co.; cause of death: inquest findings - "That he came to his death thru an accident for which we attach no blame to any one." (He was killed instantly from a broken neck which happened while he was switching railroad cars. I think my husband (Reginald's nephew) said he was caught between two cars; buried on November 28, 1919.
