Isa Sigley married Draper Fortney on 7 Jun 1895 in Preston County. Draper and Isa had eight children, Effie (Fortney) Kidwell, Marion Francis Fortney, George Leonard "Dutch" Fortney, Elsie Eldora (Fortney) Phillips, Leslie "Jim" Fortney, Mildred Ethelyn "Midge" (Fortney) Hardman Koch, Freda Patricia (Fortney) Shahan, & a male child who died at birth.
