Amelia Delia's obituary from the Kansan, Kansas Newspaper reads as follows:

AMELIA WILLIAMS

Mrs. Amelia D. Williams, 68 years of age, died at her home near Talmo, Saturday, January 12, 1929. She had been in poor health a number of years. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 from the home. Rev. W. A. Smith in charge and burial was made in the Zion Cemetery. Mrs. Williams, whose maiden name was Amelia D. Greenwood, was born in Kankakee, Ill., December 25, 1861. She came to Kansas with her parents in 1874 and the family took a homestead in Sibley Township. Miss Greenwood was married in 1882 to Uriah Williams and they took a homestead near Talmo, where Mrs. Williams continued to make her home until the time of her death. To this union 14 children were born, 10 of whom survive their mother. They are: John Williams of Garrison, Ks.; Bennie Williams, Charles, Med, and Emery of the Talmo and Hollis neighborhoods. Mrs. Ruby Dixon, and Mrs. Daisy Anderson of Talmo, Mrs. Maude Struthers of Stutton, Colo.; and Mrs. Ida Bower of Arkansas. She is also survived by two sisters; Mrs. Fannie Peterson and Mrs. Frank Ruff of Leavenworth, and by several brothers.
