*THE PARIS NEWS, Tuesday, December 1,1999 page 8A: "Carra Sue Hulen, 86, of Greenville, formerly of Paris died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999 at Brair Cliff Nursing Home in Greenville where she had been a longtime resident following an automobile accident in Paris in 1973. Bright-Holland Funeral Home conducted graveside services at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Weems officiating. Mrs. Hulen was born Jan.17 1913, Milton to Marvin and Carra Ray Ashley. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Paris. Surviving are a daughter, Kathie Morgan Annett of Greenville; one grandson, Rick Morgan of Casper Wyo.; one great-grandson, Michael Morgan of Casper; six step-grandchildren; 14 step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jewell Newberry of Waco. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Don Annett; her former husband, E. W. 'Shorty' Hulen of Paris; and eight brothers and sisters.
